EDIT: According to Ms.Chawla, she is targeting those of Japanese origin and those protecting them. If you are aware of anyone that would fit the description, you are to find them and take them to a safe-haven IMMEDIATELY.
There have been injuries and death. Deploy immediately. Shooting on sight is sanctioned however, DO NOT KILL. There is no reason for this woman to do this, and we will need to get to the bottom of it.
Intelligence, please monitor the networks for injured and possible fatalities. If possible, go out in the field and aid those injured.
