Power trip, anyone?

Someone at school is on a power trip. This time, it isn't Mr Buckle. Of course, this person has no reason to even think that she has any power. Just because you're in Big Brother/Big Sister doesn't mean shit, so don't let it get to your head like it seems that you've been doing.

Telling me to shut up and that I'm not a part of the tour just kind of ( Read more... )

Y'know...I don't think it was that she wanted to say that there are no cliques at Santa Su, it's just that they're not noticed nearly as much at any other school. It's to a point where it's almost safe to say that yes, there are no cliques at this school, because everyone intermingles and it's that amazing.

And as for the spirit points thing, I agree with you, however, that goes without saying. We all know that our academics are important and undoubtedly our top priority. School pride and spirit points are important to our mental well being as a school and our morale overall.

Just saying, hun. I know you're not pointing at me right now, but hey, that was my tour too.

But going and saying that there are absolutely no cliques is a complete lie. It used to be to the point where people constantly mingled (before I was a student there) but now it's more obvious that there are in fact cliques. People don't mingle as much as they used to because they're all starting to think that they're better than everyone else, I think.

I don't think saying that they're the most important thing was exactly wise of her to say though. I think that it just makes her seem as though she doesn't care at all about her grades.

I don't believe that I was really aiming at the tour, but it could be seen differently from your point of view, so...I understand where you're coming from in saying all of that, so don't worry.
