Moments

Sometimes, when a specific period of time is drawing to a close, like a semester, or a holiday break, (you know, hypothetically speaking and all) I get to feeling like it went by too quickly and I've once again managed to waste precious time in my life. I would like to take this small space, even if it may be virtual and therefore unlimited, to add one or two more fond memories of Winter Break '03/'04. The setting was Steak 'N Shake and later Wal-Mart. Although I cannot recall a single piece of conversation that occured that nite I certainly remember the atmosphere, which was radiant. We did absolutely nothing, which meant absolutely everything to me. That nite reminded me of all the other forgotten nites but unforgettable people and moments that I have been blessed with in my life. This leads me too my second memory, Appleby's with Seth, Kirk Harkensomething, Brian Williamson, and some other people I had never been previously acquainted with. Though I am not and never foresee being a fan of the Appleby's cuisine(frankly their potato skins were not up to snuff) I had a very exemplerary time. Firstly, I didn't even know Kirk knew Brian and I had never expected to ever see Brian again, with him being a big time football player at Ball State University. Boy was I pleasantly pleased. if i wanted to read a book i would do so............ but anyway. i look forward to a time when our real memories are just memories and all contact between humans is done through livejournals.
