College-y dilemma

So I'm taking a theatre history class this semester. It's my second class of the day, in a giant block of four classes that go from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. I'm having issues understanding the class, and the professor's teaching style is just insane. I'm also having trouble with the pace of the day, cause I don't get any time to just sit and rest between ( Read more... )

Is it a required class?

If so, keep trying. I'm in Theatre History III and if you need any help, you can call me and I'll help you study.

My number is 240-603-1091. Just let me know where you guys are in time.

It's required, but I'm only a freshman/sophomore, so it's no biggie if I withdraw and start again next year.

The problem isn't even the material- I love my textbook- the problem is the professor's teaching style. I just feel like I'm not getting anywhere near how he wants us to think x.x

Thank you for your support tho, it is very much appreciated!

I'm a sophomore too. One more class of Theatre History and I'm DONE!

Ugh, I'm sorry about that it is the teaching style. I might fall asleep in that class all the time, but I love it with my professor. She has the best quotes. =( I wish you could be taking the three levels with me, you'd love it.

Oh, I think I found you on facebook and I sent a request....

Yeah, the more I think about it, the more I'm thinking I'll just stick it out. At least the professor is really approachable, if I ever really get in trouble I know I can talk to him. And the class is full of crazy theatre people, so it's entertaining, at the very least.

Haha, just got it, and confirmed! Yay moar facebook friends!
