Don't you love how Dirnbeck takes the time to not talk about the bobcat, but rather make another feeble attempt at pointing out how overcrowded the school is? I remember the first time their new school proposition failed, he said he wanted to put a bunch of ugly trailers out on Smiley Street to show the city how crowded it is. Maybe it hasn't occured to him to come up with a better proposition instead of just bitching that his original idea didn't work.
