why is everyone being so nice about this Nick Saban thing?
Please tell me I'm not the only bitter and angry lsu fan who is made that he is leaving for more money?

a) gave LSU a championship (gave the players the opportunity to win the championship that they did)
and
b) when he was hired, with his long history of not staying in one place, it was well understood that he probably wouldn't stick around
and
c) he's not going to stay in the NFL long anyway...if you were old and you could make some easy millions, then you'd do it too; he can retire on that and provide for his family and future generations...even if the government takes away over half!

and quite frankly being upset, bitter, and angry over something you have no power to affect or change is pointless ^^

it's like...if you could go from the manager of a local mcdonalds to a regional manager of starbucks (more money out the wazoo plus free starbucks whenever/benefits/etc) of course you'd take starbucks.

and yeah i don't think lsu woulda won that championship without saban. plus it's true he's moved a lot before. i guess it doesn't matter that much to me cuz i'm not really from louisiana or anything like that

are people so greedy nowadays that when they are already working as the highest paid coach in college football that when an offers comes up for even more money they just run to it. seriously the man wasn't exactly having money problems working at lsu. i guess he heart wasn't in lsu the way i thought it was.

i didn't really think his heart would be in lsu. he's already proven himself by winning a championship. and with the whole thing about how he doesn't stay more than 5 years, i guess he's just a guy that likes to get around. even most of the players don't feel his decision to move on was that offensive. *shrugs* that's just how i see it.
