i think it was quite sad. slash or friendship, who cares. but poor merlin always has to hide, and i think he so much wants to share his biggest secret with his friend just to see his reaction. does arthur trust him enough? or will his first reaction be a violent one like uther would show. i am so looking forward to the new season and hope somehow arthur will discover all.
and your vid is like an appetizer for that. thanks. enjoyed it a lot. :))

Thank you, I'm so glad that you did and that it prompted such thoughts. I agree, I see this vid/song and Merlin's situation as being very sad and angsty... but as you say, hopefully we'll have the reveal soon enough and it'll put us, and Merlin, out of our misery! he he Thanks again. :)

First, I LOVE this song, it's been on my soundtrack for this summer, and while I've been pondering about it fandomwise, I never consider it with this pairing.

But DAMN, its epically perfect for them! And you really made the most out of the song, with your clever editing. The pacing was great, I mean it was visually very pleasing, and you still managed to tell a story, to convey how tragic the situation really is, Merlin's frustration.

I loved this! Thanks for sharing!
