It's just my brand of luck I guess. The last time I came home, I witnessed 3 incidents of pile-ups, the motor vehicles kind. This time, it's less a month and I've seen two, on the same highway home. Car accidents are different in real life. They sound sharper and smell stronger. They leave a bad taste in your mouth but you can't look away. Don't. ( Read more... )

Yeah, accidents aren't fun. It's one of those things, those sounds are the ones that you want to forget and...

I always think it's important to rembr so I can scare my reckless driving friends into some sort of compromise.

funny isn't it, I lived in LA (USA's capital of automobile related problems) for a cumulative 14 years and I've never seen one serious accident.

Car accidents are really scary, especially when the mangled remains of the vehicles haven't been cleared away yet and you stare at them and imagine in horror what happened to the passengers that it ended like that.

Ah...

Reminds me of the close-call experience I had days ago. When I thought the driver had run over the kid's face, I couldn't stop myself from peering over my window to look...

I would've gone insane if the accident actually happened.
