Because I'm in between laptops now (short story: Macbook died, using work-issue HP) and have no proper storage of music (iTunes cannot be installed in my work laptop), this will be my sticky post for music I really need to update my iPod with. STAT

For renaming files, you gotta go to (in windows 7):

Organize folder -> folder and search options -> view -> uncheck hide known file extensions

Then all the file extensions will show up, and you can change .ppt to .avi :D
