I'm having a difficult time imagining a happy venereal disease, but I suppose it's possible.

Well, most likely the one with the venereal disease wouldn't be too happy about it, but I can think of many other people (including some quite soap opera-esque situations) who might be.

I read Phil's comment first, so for a moment I was quite confuzzled by your remarks, although not unamusedly so.
