The small image you see before you is the cheque which arrived today in response to invoice 00001. I am now officially a consultant, and not just a lady of leisure. Hurrah!
I did consider annexing a small country, preferably a Spanish-speaking one, but then I thought it would be much nicer to move my garden around, plant out my fledgling herbs, create a consultant's contemplation grotto at the back and generally get dirt under my fingernails.
I now have a bench that actually catches the morning sun, perfect for coffee and croissants with the papers, and the beginnings of a permaculturish space.
Which is pretty good considering that it was all pointless architectural plants competing for insufficient light a few hours ago.
Said hello to an albino spider, a few worms and lots of snails (which are now saying hello to next door's garden)
Brilliant garden consultancy. I won't invoice myself though, this one's on the house.

well past time I updated my own image probably. sigh. I was told the other day that I "represent".
there's nothing like a good contemplation grotto. I have a slight moth infestation these past few days so it seems they agree. not permaculture hopefully (because I'm in hunt mode now), but in theory they were around before I was. 'hunt' is a funny word when you look at it isn't it.
albino spiders are keen to the max. you should probably invoice yourself in fact if only for tax purposes. register yourself as a private nonprofit charity involved in community beautification or something. they do let you do that don't they? I shouldn't take my advice if I were you, you're the consultant after all. isn't that a cute little paradox. with a hint of a tautological chaser. hmm.

It is a hoody of sorts I suppose, inasmuch as it is my hair.
In full on just stepped out of the salon mode. Life's too short to waste on fripperies like the styling of hair, so whenever I have it cut by the lovely Kirsty, I get her to dry it all sexy and sleek like. Then I walk back through town, admiring myself in shop windows, and swooshing and tossing like a complete supermodel.
It amuses me, but then I am my own special person with my own special sense of fun.
I had a moth infestation for about a year a while back. Never did find their source, and all my clothes seem to be intact. I decided they were magick moths in the end, because that's an obviously reasonable explanation.
effing wonderful news- belated cogratulations! Let me know if you need to outsource any admin work. Communications are patchy for me while, while I organise selling my soul for that sleek black heart's desire of mine. But it should be in my sticky fingers by the end of this week.
