haven't seen it but my friend lives downstairs which is a plus for me...there's a porch... parking... a front and backyard and we're the only tenants... richmond between breckenridge and auburn...

585 for a one bedroom would usually sound a little pricey, but if you're getting all of that and it's in a nice area than it definitely sounds reasonable!

you'd be lucky to find a one bedroom apartment in toronto for less than 1200, so i'm not the best person to ask :P
