She wasn't exaggerating in the slightest, it would appear. I don't believe she has any idea that he is capable of far more than he lets on or the depth of his emotions toward the 'misfits' of their world.

I'm sorry to have to bring news that you likely do not wish to hear, but it will be far better to be forewarned than not, Chloe. He is a telepath and is directly connected to much of the testing done on the Gifted of Anna's world.

Our abilities are lessened here, but he will still be a formidable force if he attempts to use his abilities. I cannot say if he will, though... the very fact that he has them at all disgusts him enough that it made my skin crawl.
