I don't really keep in contact with some of the people I had grown close to. That is my own stupidity. I regret it, but the only thing I can do now is try. I took this thing at work today called Flumist. It's like the flu shot, only they use the live disease and it involves no needles. It was kind of cool. You sniff half of the syringe up one

Nice to hear from you. It's good to hear that you're trying to get in shape, I'm sure you'll feel better in the long run. My mom does all that stuff and I make fun of her for it, hehe, ;)...but I wish you luck and hope it works out for you!
