I was thinking about Miami's "beautiful days" yesterday while laying around in my hammock like a bum. I love the days here. Especially lately. The sky is perfect and it's not too damn hot all the time. Colorado is teh best evar. Please come visit.

i've been splicing vhs tapes together and dubbing recycled tapes

That's crazy. I didn't even know you could hand-splice tapes and get them to work again. The way you described your vhs sounds really cool.

you can splice audio cassettes, 8-tracks and vhs tapes back together if they pop or break

usually at the spot where you tape or glue will sound bad
but to me that is the point

it is just like how film is reconnected in the cutitng room
before movies went digital

the best part to me is if you do it at random, not caring about having things insinc, the sounds and video will someties be in reverse or "upsidedown" if that make sense . . .

We got the package. Thank you soo much! My parents think you are crazy for being so nice to us... they're so backwards that they think being nice is crazy! But we all really loved the box, right down to the "lovely Caseys" part. My dad was all about that.

I tried making some of the instant cheese but I messed up and used too much water. I will attempt again later.
