Whenever the weather gets warm, an ice cream truck drives around my apartment complex parking lot, blaring ice cream chimes during the middle of the night. It may be the scariest thing that I have ever seen. I can only suspect that a clown (evil or otherwise) drives it, but, frankly, I'm too afraid to look at the thing.
