Hey steffi,

Sorry to hear about all the stressfull things hitting you all at once, and yeah stress is a good way to make yourself feel as if you have no energy, or will to do anything... -hugs- If you need to, I am always about to talk to or anything you might need okay?

Stress = bad. Sometimes it's not sleep that you need, but peace of mind. Might I recommend a cup of tea, a kitty (or two), and something classical?

Also, I find just getting out and walking a mile or so is good for clearing the mind before sleep, making it more restful. Dunno if it's safe to do so in your neihborhood, but it's a thought.

There is something sort of healing about a kitty purring....

Mom says the kittens from Ranie's litter are getting aware enough of their surroundings to start interacting. They already answer to their names! ^.^

Walking huh? ...Might have to use the treadmill in the office/clubhouse/workout room, but it might help.
