Hello journal.

Today Nicole and I got cracked by Dr. Debby. I think that she cracked just about half my spine. Oh man it felt nice. It’s always a mixture of fear and relief when she is about to do the adjustments. Momentary panic followed by a deep “aaaaahhh”. I guess that the various stresses have taken their toll. The left side of my neck also
