It's been a few days since my last entry here and I'm a different gamer than I was in it. I really can't be classified as a Sony "fanboy" ( I still hate that term.) anymore. A person I follow on Twitter showed me link to a awesome deal for a 360 Arcade model at Target. When I got paid, I checked the Target website to see if one was available at the ( Read more... )

Welcome to the darkside of both console's gamers XD .
Dead Rising is an awesome tittle for the xbox, but you gotta be very patient with it since you'll probably have to play it over and over and over again in order to level up ... XD

I don't have -currently- a gamertag since over here, all affordable consoles are sold modded; so if you get online, you get the risk of being banned... So, for now, I'm online-less in it.

I'm really enjoying having both a PS3 and a 360. ^.^ Now, I will always have the best version of a game unless the best version is on PC. Dead Rising is a lot of full. The various items you can use as weapons are awesome. I completed the second fight with Carlito just using a hockey stick lol. I think it's also good that the game is not a cake walk.

At least there are still plenty of games on the 360 that you can play offline.

Wow. Dead Rising? I remember playing that game when it first came out. I got addicted to that game, even though the storyline and watching the time confused me so much that I kept getting the normal "default" ending, several of times. But, it's a great game though. The boss fights are so difficult and frustrating.

Perfect Dark Zero seems like a great game, but I never played it though. There is other "babe" games out there that I'd like to see or play.

Ugh, I want to play for hours, but I've been so busy with cleaning around the house. =/

Yes, Dead Rising can get addicting and challenging at the same time. I am definitely looking forward to Dead Rising 2 now. Depending on the price, I might get the 360 exclusive downloadable prequel to DR2 when it comes out.

PDZ is a good game.

PDZ was a good game I thought. It was kind of lame at points, but still was rather fun. I can't say I played online though; however, I did play "local" games against bots though.
I've heard that Splosion Man is good, but I haven't tried it yet. I do however really like Trials. I can't think of any XBLA titles currently. I can think of at least one retail series that is worth renting at least if you like horror/shooters. The Fear series I think is really good. I would start with the first one obvously, since you would be completely lost in the storyline is you jumped in at Fear: Files or Fear 2.

The online multiplayer in PDZ is fun in my opinion but I'm not good at it right now. I will have to download some XBLA demos when I get my hard drive in a couple of weeks but I am probably going to buy Tetris Splash. I have Tetris on the PSP but it's not the same as playing it on a big screen. I have played the FEAR 2 demo on the PS3 when it came out. I might have to put both games on my Gamefly queue.
