take 4-6 cloves of fresh garlic and sate it with a little oil and then add 2 cups of chopped onion. add any seasonings you like I love fresh basil.
add 6 cups of veggie broth. bring to a boil and add 2 cups of dried lentil beans. while that cooks a little add a bunch of broccoli carrots and potatoes. then add peppers celery tomatoes and any fresh or frozen greens or veggies.

let cook until potatoes are soft.
