I think this ticker is a sign that you really do need to name the baby Bob, Boberta or Boburtus (if you are going for a cultured Latin sounding name). If you look at the violin, it's exactly centred over the B. Even the bow intersects with the violin around the B mark.

Boburtus, great name, I'll put it on the list..

I couldn't find a viola ticker so I got stuck with a violin one - complete with exaggerated curves.
