I haven't had nightmares this bad in a long time... I don't want to sleep anymore, and I woke up shaking.... I don't want to sleep... I can't sleep.... they were some of the worst things possable.... I am still shaking.... can't sleep, can't sleep... I can't take them...

I know.... I really didn't want to talk to anyone at that point, I was to upset.... they were really bad..... I don't even want to think about them right now. Thank you though
