Just wanted to say, Merry Christmas everyone!

He is six months old today and lost his last baby tooth. And Wednesday he's getting neutered.
I guess the puppy stage is over *sniff*
Hopefully, he'll calm down some now. Right now he's racing around the house in some bizarre cloverleaf formation (although he used to only do figure 8's so he must be learning).

So do any of you think the Hobbit is actually going to go forward? I've seen a few encouraging articles lately, but I'm having a lot of trouble believing we're ever going to see a prequel by Jackson on the big screen. Guess I'm just a pessimist.

Well, I went to see Sunshine the other day, because I've always enjoyed science fiction and because currently I have this liking for Cillian Murphy. It started out great, just good dialogue and pacing, etc., feasible plot. Then in the last twenty minutes it just became a stupid, cheap, monster-chase movie. It's really depressing to me that even the New York Times seems determined to spoil the last Harry Potter book.
On the bright side I got a ship notice for my copy today.
I'm at the point where if I hear the words "Harry Potter" on tv I change the channel.

Back from Ireland. We had a great time, but they are having a pretty cool and rainy summer, and a lot of Irish aren't happy about it. Wish we could swap some days b/c my area seems to be heading for drought.
