So alot has happened and sorry i have not posted. Got the ex served finally with papers for divorce, now she wants to fight everything which i figured she would, she is influenced by her family which sucks cause they all have there own issues. So basically in the papers i put Joint with visitation for me every other week, she cant leave the state

I am really glad you feel so strongly about your kids. My father never wanted much to do with me and I finally realized that... haven't talked to him since Christmas Eve. But anyway, good luck with all that and whatever you do... don't let your time with your kids slip through your fingers cause that can come back to bite you in the ass.
