the end of the month i have a beach house. ive been working out a couple times a week and im slowly seeing results which is fine by me. But i still want to loose like 5-10 lbs. I think for the next couple weeks im going to go on a crash diet. Im oging to just drink water and eat apples and stuff. Not the best thing for me but I dont care. ( Read more... )

well ive been working out so Im going to include small portions of tuna because its high in protein. I was thinking of doing like V-8 for veggies. Whats a good veggie that would be good to snack on?

i like broccoli with ranch dip. I like carrots (the baby ones) as they or with dip.

If you're interested in supplements to take while working out (for better results, I guess), Sean will give you the employee discount (30%) at GNC. You could look into taking a protein drink in the morning, to replace the bagels & other unhealthy crap here. Plus, lots of vitamins!

I took a break in working out (its been about 3 weeks) & I definitely notice the difference - even though I didn't gain any weight, I haven't lost anything either, & I just feel a lot less 'healthy'. Between not being home & being sick, I just stopped going. I'm starting back this week though. Its pretty addicting though, I guess I'm the weirdo who likes working out & being sore the next day. Damn I really missed that!

assembled makes 2 very valid points, too, especially with not eating anything heavy after 8pm - I try to stick to that, even though some nights Sean isn't eating dinner til like 10pm when he gets home. If you do get hungry, snack on veggies or something really light ( ... )

I have some GNC mega man vitamins that i started taking but I def think i would like ot take you up on the Protien drink! Thank you. Ive been limiting myslef to a peice of fruit in the morning but I think the protien drink would be much better.

i know that crash diets dont last, im just hoping to lose a couple inches for the end of august cause I have a beach house and i wnat to feel good aobut myself
