the end of the month i have a beach house. ive been working out a couple times a week and im slowly seeing results which is fine by me. But i still want to loose like 5-10 lbs. I think for the next couple weeks im going to go on a crash diet. Im oging to just drink water and eat apples and stuff. Not the best thing for me but I dont care.

I took a break in working out (its been about 3 weeks) & I definitely notice the difference - even though I didn't gain any weight, I haven't lost anything either, & I just feel a lot less 'healthy'. Between not being home & being sick, I just stopped going. I'm starting back this week though. Its pretty addicting though, I guess I'm the weirdo who likes working out & being sore the next day. Damn I really missed that!
assembled makes 2 very valid points, too, especially with not eating anything heavy after 8pm - I try to stick to that, even though some nights Sean isn't eating dinner til like 10pm when he gets home. If you do get hungry, snack on veggies or something really light ( ... )

i know that crash diets dont last, im just hoping to lose a couple inches for the end of august cause I have a beach house and i wnat to feel good aobut myself
