12 Weeks

Today we went in for my 12 week check up. Pretty much every appointment consists of peeing in a cup, blood pressure, and weight. I lost 3 lbs this time...they didn't seem to like that. I can't help it!

It was weird to me when the doc told me about the CVS testing and how most people want to know so they can decide 'what to do'.... I decided not to take the test because I wasn't going to 'do' anything differently based on whatever the results were... plus the results have a high potential for false positives and I'm not high risk anyway... but yeah... it's kinda weird when they tell you things like "this is really going to happen" or "in case you want to terminate"...

You're almost to the second trimester and things get a lot more comfortable and interesting.

I'm not familiar with the anticardiolipid thing, but I'm sure you'll be fine!

I'm so excited for you!! You'll get to see your peanut (looking like a real baby) in just 6 more weeks!!
