Boo! I'm never a fan of these posts, but I'm glad no one is headed home!

So, as we progress, if two folks have 2 strikes and they tie in a week near the bottom, is there a run-off then?

Good question!

One of the big reasons for the original proposal made to me was to avoid the sudden death run offs.

So, no, it would be a strike. :( One more reason for people to want to avoid a tie.

Hmm, interesting. It seems that it could result in losing a fair number of people in a week (eventually), given the way that votes can go.

I guess it remains to be seen whether this is more or less evil than the sudden-death run-offs.

Good luck going forward, you three! Rough start, but you're still in the game.

All three are these were in the "M"s - which could be explained by some people starting from the As and working down, and others (wanting to give some love to the bottom of alphabet) starting from the Zs and working up.

So maybe there can be some who decide to change it up next week and start with the Ms and work their way out from the middle? ;)

This is what I do, but then again, I am in the M section!

Lol! I always start reading from the prompt/topic thread, which means it’s all over the alphabet; I typically get 12-20 read that way, then fill in from the poll post, usually reading down from the top.

Why can't I read the entries off the poll like I used to?? I have to go to the prompt page and read from those written there. And oh boy, I guess I picked an interesting year to come back!
