Why can't I manage to be on vacation on all my jobs instead of only one? *sigh* Oh, well, at least my life it's not as hetic as usual!
So, my review of this week's series!
OMG, THAT WAS AWESOME! "Wheels" was the best episode so far - and perhaps the best of the season! Loved every tiny bit of it! From Artie in his wheelchair fancying Tina - and telling her awkardly that his penis still worked, LOL! - to Sue and her sister with Down Syndrome. Sue's storyline sure surprised me. That was unexpected, and yet so well-handled and heart-wrenching! I cried my eyes out when she started reading little red riding hood to her sister.
After that food fighting scene, Quinn has GOT to choose Puck over Finn! Heck, even *I* am almost considering changing my choice of favorite male character from Finn to Puck, LOL! After all, even if he is a jerk - and he did use pot to sell all those cupcakes - Puck has shown to be more smart than Finn. And since both Quinn and Rachel have some issues that really bother me - one is a liar and the other is irritating - it's the guys that make it for me in their respective ships. Puck/Quinn this episode certainly had more going for them than Finn/Rachel. True, this episode had very little Finn and Finn/Rachel in it, but their little moments were sweet. The brawl between Finn and Puck? OMG! BFF fighting over a girl! It was overdue, though - and will probably be repeated in a near future!
And Kurt. Oh, Kurt. I wanted to hug him and his father at the end. He lost the Diva Off just because his father can't handle his son decision yet. Love them.
All the episode was great, not just the above mentioned, but even small things mentioned in passing.
As for monday's shows - which I could only watch yesterday due to the blackout we experienced in Brazil on tuestday - I liked TBBT even though it was not their best, and also liked Castle. As for HIMYM...
so sad to see Robin and Barney breaking up. Kinda understand, storytelling-wise, why the writers chose that, but I nevertheless hope to see them together again in the future, perhaps closer the end of the series.
OH, also, watched the second season premiere of Legend of the Seeker. As fun and as entertaining as the first season, but nothing espetacular or out of the ordinary. :)
