Our new family member

We got a new family member yesterday. He's from the shelter and is 2 years old, Staffie x Jack. He's so cute and he has the most gorgeous personality, if not a little over-excited at times lol. He came with the name Fletcher and even though he answers to most anything we decided to keep that one.

Puppy wags are one of the true meanings of life. Fletcher is a grand name for him. I think it's the nature of terriers to be a little bit high strung. The landlord's terriers make much better alarm dogs than my dogskin rug Hannah who only keeps watch against the ravening squirrel hoardes. Congratulations on your family addition. They may not smell as good as babies, but they don't grow up and borrow your car, either. [G]
