ARGH god help me I want a smoke. The craving would pass after a minute or two, but this last week they stay for hours, driving me crazy. I feel sorry for poor buggas who have to quit drugs, I would have to die with a needle in my vein because cigarettes are hard enough for me. I'M SO WEAK *sob ( Read more... )

You're going so cold on everything, I'll be so impressed if you can keep doing this. You cut one thing but can't turn to another because you've cut that off too. I think you should try and find something to put yer focus on when you crave.

hmm true. When I first stopped smoking I started paiting miniatures. I still have heaps to do maybe I should resume it.
