Attractions from the Past
I think it would be interesting to see some attractions the Parks that don't exist anymore, both the good (classics) and the bad (forgettable). Most information from Yesterland.com.
First, the bad:
Superstar Limo
Back when California Adventure opened, there was a dark ride in the Hollywood Pictures Backlot Section. The attraction closed shortly after opening due to lack of popularity. The ride's plot was, basically, you were LA's latest celebrity and you are being taken on a limo from LAX to the Chinese Theater, seeing cheaply made puppets of forgotten celebrities. The attraction was originally going to be more wacky and less awful...
But during the planning stages, Diana died, and Limo was drastically downgraded

Captain EO
Okay, it was not bad back in the 80s when it premiered, but due to current (2000-2009) events regarding the starring role, it's best to just forget that The Mouse ever made this film. Below is a video of the second half:

Games of the Boardwalk
While it was just a collection of games, the puns were horrendous:
San Joaquin Volley
Boardwalk Bowl
Cowheuanga Pass
Shore Shot
New Haul Fishery
Angels in the Outfiels
Dolphin Derby
Rocket Rods
This replaced the PeopleMover (see below) in 1998 and used those empty tracks in Tomorrowland. Due to the fact that then-current management refused to bank the track's curves for this fast-moving ride, the vehicles had to continuously speed-up and slow-down, thus causing a strain on the on-ride computers hence frequent breakdowns. The attraction had the longest lines in the entire park: up to 70 minutes, and this was before the idea of a FastPass. The ride closed when it went under a year-long 'refurbishment' in 2000. And now, the good:
The PeopleMover
In 1967, this revolutionary form of transportation came to Disneyland. This attraction brought you through a tour of Tomorrowland. Propelled by tires in the tracks, the vehicles never, NEVER stopped moving. It was a good way to rest your legs during a visit at the park. As usual, video below:
By the way, it still exists in Walt Disney World's Magic Kingdom Park, just as 'Tomorrowland Transit Authority'
Carousel of Progress
Also in Tomorrowland, was moved to Walt Disney World in the Late 70s due to heavy persuasion from it's sponsor, General Electric. Link
Horizons
From EPCOT Center, this ride took you to the future, with you picking the way you return to the present. Closed in 1999 due to structural problems. Videos (segmented into three parts) below:
I'll be honest, this entry may be a bit biased, and I couldn't come up with any more, to me personally, attractions that no longer exist that I find "good". Feel free to visit the site above, it's very interesting. And I really need to stop with the Disney-Park information entries, as I just realized how bad I am at writing them.
