Another month went by, with me considering posting and having absolutely nothing to post about. Everything is still closed, so between getting up in the morning and going to bed at night, there is, for those who live alone with very little work, books, Netflix, and walking. I've never used polenta for a cake, that's still on my try out list, especially now I know from your experience that the result was not too sweet.
If you are going to make the chocolate ricotta cake since it's still blood orange season, I'd love to know your verdict of that one.
Glad you liked the Christmas story. I got all these fluffy feels when reading it, which proves those feelings are not restricted to the Holiday season.
I'd love to have coffee with you in Leiden when I manage to study there this fall. Though I am Dutch and even living in the Randstad, Leiden is a city I am almost unfamiliar with, having been there only 5 or 6 times in my life, I guess. And I am both interested in coffee and a guided tour, so thanks in advance for your offer.
