wish i knew what to do. jen ended things with me not too long ago. im not in the best mood right now. i love that girl and the reason we arent together now is because i fucked up a while back. i dont feel like getting into that. It seems everything in my life thats good gets fucked up by me doing something remarkable foolish and then i regret it

You do know what to do, and despite as hard as it might be, you gotta make the feelings go away. I think that things will get much better in the end if you and can be friends with no attachments and no lingering hurt or anything. Sometimes I wish things were different and other times I actually think they could, but I cannot let go of what happened. I am really sorry that it took so long for all of this to come out in the open.. but better late than never? Actually, that doesn't really apply here. But I still love you.
