I liked this quite a ridiculous amount. We all know writer's block, and you captured it so well. I love your use of metaphor. I only know a handful of authors as good at creating such vivid imagery. It's a rare skill.

I also love your characterization of Ryan. Calculating. Often that is how I envision him too: a boy who lives in his mind. And it's so difficult to be both logical and artistic, two warring halves of your brain; different sides, different lobes fighting for dominance and only succeeding in getting you nowhere (fast).

And then Brendon is there with his simplicity to push through the clutter, wipe away the confusion, and it's perfect. Lovely.

I can't wait to see what you come up with next. (Oh, and sorry for just summarizing your fic back at you. Bad habit).

hehe, summarizing it back isn't bad, it lets me know that i captured what i wanted to, and it seems like i did.

writers block is the most frustrating thing! thankfully it turned into something other than a rant about my brain being stuck, and got me unstuck in the process!

Okay. I really cannot... um... well, express the way this made me feel.

Everything you write honestly takes my breath away. I've always wanted to write something with this... I don't know, I guess, theme, what happens when Ryan gets blocked, but I've never had the right words to do it, and this is just. Wow. I honestly imagine this is what they're like, and this is just.. wow. Yes I overuse the word wow, but... um. Wow.

And to be honest, this is the best portrayal of writers' block, and how it feels, and all of that that I've ever read, and quite possibly the most brilliant summarization of it that my mind has ever had the pleasure to have run through it. This is exactly what happens when I get a block in my writing, and my friend Andy is always the one to wipe my mind and keep my words flowing.

And this is a long ass comment, but... in summary: AMAZING. Just like everything else you write. /memories

haha, wow, thank youu! i'm glad you liked it. sometimes writers block is good for you, even though it feels like death. haha. i dont have anyone that unblocks me, i just sort of unblocked myself! haha

aww, i'm sorry -___-; i dont write chaptered fics much, i'm more of a standalone girl. the only chaptered one i wrote nearly killed me, i wrote most of it in like three days! haha
