I suppose it depends on where you want to live -
which world to chose,
intentions, motives, dreams, and desires rarely reach a unity between two
and even in those moments that they do
it seems
that the ultimate execution in reality
does not coincide.
So we are left to dream of different dreams
or cavort blindly in the shell of what seemingly is
or weep in the wake of so much discrepency
or lie in the waking wonder of the gray that is -
the hodgepodge compromise between what we want and what we do
the lovely imperfection that simply is.
and grab softly what rubs our way
fore I fear a frictionless tomorrow.
