Rachel! I love it! So much I'm almost crying. Don't try to have a style. Just write what comes to you. You are beautiful, and so what you create will be too. This is what I was hoping for you. And I don't mean in terms of style. What I mean is that I have wanted so badly to hear you just let go and make the music that comes to you.

Just be you. Keep allowing yourself the freedom to create whatever comes to you. Throw it away a year later if you don't like it. But put it out there. You have many talents, Rachel; but your music has the ability to surpass them all.

I don't care if you make country music or hip hop, or broadway tunes. Just make the music that comes to you. It's going to be awesome.

It's good to hear your voice again. "Til I Met You" is soulful and sexy and I can't wait to hear more.

It's funny, my other songwriting friend, cera, has been linking to her music again after a long break...

Maybe it's in the stars...
