Headcanon Meme~
I have been meaning to upload headcanon things. This will probably motivate me to do it! So, ask me questions about my headcanon for either Tobias or Lassiter and I will answer them! And I will compile these answers along with extra info and make a headcanon entry. Oooor, I'll post Tobias's stuff here and make a separate entry for Lassiter. Yeah.

The short answer is: Lassiter knows that he will never understand women, and that he is never able to give a woman what she wants. (Because he doesn't know what it is they want. ;; )
The longer answer is Lassiter loves women, loves the feeling of being in love, and it absolutely kills him that he really fails at it. (And for the record, Lassiter in camp is Season 2 Lassiter, so I have yet to incorporate all the fail!dating of Season 3. Sob.) But yeah, women! They are very toppy creatures in Psych-verse (I love my canon for its strong women) and he is FINE WITH THAT because that is his type. Even though a lot of times they end up embarrassing him or whatever because they're right and he's wrong, he is fine with it. He appreciates women, holds them in a very high regard.
The problem is he goes about dealing with (talking to, etc.) in really stupid ways. He just doesn't really understand how relationships with them work, and that no, first dates are not like traffic stops ( ... )

Out of camp he does things like go to the firing range, practice for the Civil War reenactment with his men, fishing, watching old movies in his hotel room, that sort of thing. He recognizes the need for some hobbies.
In camp, when he's not making copies and organizing every since thing from the murder mystery and putting his own notes on it, he goes to the firing range more often then he did back home (instead of four times a week, it's up to five or 6. :x) He also takes a lot of long walks, both to familiarize himself with the camp, and to try to get away from whatever crazy was going on where he was previously. It doesn't really work, since he usually ends up walking into new crazy! XD But uh... he's trying to find some different hobbies since obviously fishing here would be a very bad idea, but he's not really sure if he remembers how to have fun. :x
