Other idea-weight watcher, it'd help you keep track of how much you eat. Zach and I both are on the weight watcher plan and I've lost 22 lbs so far with it (without exercise).
My sister says that she eats less carbs/meat and more fruits/vegetables and does this walking exercise video up to 3 times a week- with that plan my sister lost about 20 lbs so far but then she found out she got pregnant.
