I'm going to the Jays game tonight with my roommate Diana and her new boyfriend, StickBoy. (aka Jay) There are five of us going so far, and we've decided that we're going to see what the scalpers can do for us in the 100 level. The limit is set at $20 each. Anyone want to come along? So apparently the Bank of Montreal branch my parents use had a security problem. Someone had accessed some of the pin numbers of bank cards. To remedy this, the branch cancelled everyone's card, phoned them, and asked them to come in and replace their card ( Read more... )

The good news: I have an audition this morning for Six Feet Under!

The sobering news: It's just for a print ad, not the show.

Still, I'm going to have to do my best not to get all fanboy on the casting director. I'm auditioning for a corpse. (what else?) I doubt I'll get it, but who cares, this is absolutely hilarious!

I had a pretty decent weekend. On Saturday my friend Sarah got me a ticket to see the closing night of Urinetown. It was fun. I think if it was a Mirvish-esque production I'd look on it more harshly as there were a few klunky moments, but as a CanStage production it was enjoyable to see a musical that didn't take itself too seriously.
