so, in the course of my rock star life, i got my purse stolen. it had absolutely nothing of real value in it, so that's okay. however, among the nonvaluable things that were in it was my cell phone, which means that if you called me within the past day and some (noun deleted) answered, that's why. it also means that the only phone number i will ( Read more... )

I have an answering machine I'm not using if you want to borrow it. My number's local, so 339 8018 if you want to borrow so you don't have to buy (if you are planning on buying one that is).

aww, you're awesome! i was planning on hunting down my old one, but it may or may not work anymore...so if not, i will be very happily taking you up on your offer. either way, will give you a ring this weekend when i get back in town (leaving for atlanta in about 7 hours to go to a SHOW....ohhh music geekery). methinks i need to join in the family guy sunday parties.

some dude who was probably very pissed off when he realized he got nothing valuable. pssshhht.

i wonder if there's anything you can do as far as notifying your credit card companies (or major card companies in general) to be on the lookout for people using your identity? i know nothing about this, but it'd seem there should be at least some measures.
