one of the most frustrating things is a busy signal. i hate them. whoever made the tone like that should be tied up and shot. seriously. why can't there be a fake person who comes on the line and says something like.. 'line is busy, great, thanks' instead of one of the most annoying sounds in the world

yay for mornings after sleep..

My doctor is pretty good at answering the phone, but I don't think I've even called and not been put on hold. And I've been going there since I was 4. Sometimes I just think they like a minute to prepare or something ;.D or they don't know how to start a conversation "hello can we put you on hold?" is all they know.

Sounds like Hailey's pediatrician. If she's sick it takes me a half hour to call in and get an appointment. He still is kind of in the dark ages. He has the phone that goes "ding ding".
