I would guess I hit about 100 wpm at least, on a slow day.
I do data entry for a living. All I do is type. You tend to go faster on the jobs you do more frequently. We key on Dept of Transportation citations (speeding and drunk driving tickets), Dept of Natural Resources ground reports, and right now, we're doing a huge billing project for Walgreens and Blue Cross Blue Shield.
100 for me is slow. 135 maybe my best. I don't test often. I hate tests.
There are tons of typing tests you can get for free on the net, just go to google and search for them. In high school we had books/programs that would time you, being that typing 65 words a minute was required for my AA degree. But I have always been really fast.

i got 64 wpm with an accuracy of 98% so a net wpm of 63
