Could she bring it to our attention instead of everyone else, and it can be talked about like civil adults instead of publicly disputed?

you all seem to easily publically announce everything in your livejournals, am i unable to do the same? i also decide to never use names, to allow those to assume. a journal is for opinion expressing purposes, and an online journal to tell those how you feel. which is my exact use for it. everything that happens, is brought up on several occasions, and things never change, so whats it worth anymore? by the way, you're not exactly one to bring up the term, "civil adults."

Erica and I talked, and things were just fine, so I should feel like if she has something to say to us she can, because I know that it's not like she put you up to putting this in your journal. And when did I ever say anything negative to anyone in my journal? Civil adults is how Erica and I discussed issues and at least tried working them out, so I don't know what the problem is. I pay rent here, I brought 3 friends, one of which fell asleep when we got here, and we stayed quiet and watched a movie. The thing is, is whether or not she used to live here, Jamie and I pay rent bills and take care of her dog and are perfectly fine with letting her come home on the weekends and breaks and not pay anything. It's not necessary, because we could afford it if we had a third roommate paying, but we can't. If she's to rent to anyone they will probably disrespect the house more than you guys think we did anyway. So this will all be over soon, no more worries because we'll be gone.

you've taken the entry towards yourself, when in fact, it was not that. i know your friends were quiet, but, you did on the other hand, wake her up for no reason. there are more problems there then any two friends should ever give another friend, and last time i checked, you were the only one paying rent. i'm happy you guys are moving out, both of you are taking advantage of a generous offer. erica not paying rent has nothing to do with it, because the house note, property tax, etc. is way more than the 300 dollars she is getting for rent from you. the offer was beyond gracious, and you both have taken advantage of her. it will cost a lot of money to replace the damages already done to the house. i'll gladly send you that quote when you move out, if you want it, or you can just keep quiet, and realize the mistakes.

by the way, telling erica you did nothing wrong, and placing blame on other people is not civil speaking. don't make yourself innocent, because the only one that believes you is yourself.

This is just plain stupid. How about we try to actually be "civil adults" and talk about this in person. I've personally heard and witnessed the so called disrespecting of the house. I know for a fact that a cat peed on the couch because that is what I was told by Zoe. Unless I was lied to? I think this whole house things has gotten out of hand. Yes Zoe, you pay rent and have certain rights but go anywhere else and have a cat pee on a couch and you'll either be paying for that stain to come out or buying a new couch. No landlord would put up with that shit. I know that most of the things that are wrong are not your fault but you're the one sticking up for Jamie all the time and then you're going to attack Mikel for sticking up for Erica. As for having to take care of Toby and letting Erica come home and live "Rent Free" is bullshit. You knew that was going to be the agreement at the start.Plus the fact that the Bills are still coming to the House in her Moms name is also terrible. Even if you wanted Jamie to put them in her name an ( ... )
