Today was the Government’s day to object to the Magistrate’s ruling on the suppression hearing. Kim represented me, but I just don’t feel he went deep enough into depth on the interpretation of my actions that night, February 14, 2004

i never dreamed that tylenol would ever be considered a plausible alibi for traces of cocaine.

that sucks. but i'm still working on what's worse - the fact that the drug tests came up positive (possibly from tampering), or the fact that he actually used fucking tylenol as an excuse.
