Yeah. I mean, everyone knows the reality is Brits just don't know how to make good punk rock. Or, at least, they haven't managed it since the late 70's. I think the "obscenity" garbage was just a cover for his jealousy.

Yeah. To be fair, though, I don't care much for a lot of recent American punk either. It's all gotten too "artsy." Kind of bummin' me out.
