Work was bleh, then we resumed the Saturday Night Poker Tradition by playing in the basement of the one and only Sweet Lou. I ended up breaking even on the night - in the first game, as is customary, I went all-in with a really good hand, Rich K called, and ended up fucking me on the river. Hasselbeck put up 12 in three quarters of work - not bad, but could have been better. He tried running one in and got stopped at the goalline, and if he played in the 4th quarter, he might have gotten another score. By the way, I lost by 45 points. You might want to consider benching Hasselbeck this week - he hasn't thrown all week in practice.
I think I meant to use "borrow" rather than "coined". Sorry about that. At least I gave full credit where it was due, no? And it was glorious indeed. I hope to continue my winning streak after the holiday break.
