The coin toss... I had to, just to have a story to tell.

I think NE is quite superior to Philadelphia and that two scores is pretty reasonable. The two-point conversion bet is a reach; it'll pretty much require Philadelphia to be way behind and go for two in order to try to bridge the gap a little bit. But the payoff was so good that it was worth a try.

With 1:07 left in the second quarter, Toronto has 47 points. Hope Freddie has a good game today!

Freddie Mitchell is the worst receiver in the NFL. Worse than Curtis Conway. Worse than Rod Gardner. He's absolute garbage. He talks the biggest game of them all and is terrible. Even TO on a gimpy ankle ended up breaking 100 yards. Freddie couldn't break more than one catch. Argh.

I ended up winning $9.76 from the coin toss. I put down $5 and since tails was a very slight favorite, I got screwed out of the other $0.24. For some reason, the scoring thrice bet hasn't processed yet, so I haven't gotten paid for it.

I hate how Branch doesn't get the first TD, but goes on to tie the record for most receptions and get the MVP. So he did everything but what I wanted him to. He's still awesome, though.

Yeah it bites. I missed the over by two points, which killed me. And if you replaced "Freddie Mitchell" with "Greg Lewis", I'd be laughing all the way to the bank.

Oh well. It was still fun.
