All of this anxiety. All of this pain. All of this wounding. All of it is moving from the Taiji to the Wuji. It is that process. The influencer calls it healing. In short it isn't always going to be like this.

It is both hard now because a) I'm moving more energy with my Qigong practice and b) I'm dealing with the wrong stories in my life rather than shunting around them. Between the two of them its a recipe for a rough bit.

In the long journey it will only be a blip.

I didn't do a good summary of yesterday's conversation with today's practictioneer. But that is ok. The introduction of the idea of the conversation shifted HOW we talked about it all. I like it better.

At the core of the shamanistic healing conversation yesterday is the idea that my life is a healing journey. Or a journery where healing will occur. But I have to actively take part in it. Intersting day. My dr just recommend a book to me about gnostic topics. I was reading the amazon page for it and realizing I had studied these same topics in a few of my classes in college. Being cornered to confront yourself or being cornered into the glass box with others around is different then being corned into yourself when you are alone. The later I can handle well, the former I fail at constantly.
