Going Uphill

I feel like I am really struggling right now. I am just having one of those days where everyone around me is eating and enjoying themselves and I know that I can not join in. Hey girl,
I have been reading your posts over the last couple of days and you inspire me. But how do you stay so motivated. I have stayed under 800 cals for the last three days and today my cravings took over. Ugh! Anyways, it looks like you stay under 200 cals per day. Do you work out at all?
I want to lose these 15-20lbs that I have gained in the last two years. Can you share your tips with me?

Keep up the good work hun. So proud of your accomplishments!

Its great to know that I am an inspiration to you, but there really isn't much I can say about my efforts. What I can say is that I must have very strong will power. For eight weeks, I have said no to everything. The key is to just be motivated beyond belief. I want to lose weight SO badly that I am able to do this somehow. I want to be skinny more than I want any food, so I can easily pass by it. I keep reading blogs where I see people bingeing etc, but I just don't do it. I have no desire to eat after 2:00 in the afternoon, and if I have a craving, I just ignore it!

When your hungry, try eating 0 calorie jello and diet pop/ coke zero. It dosen't affect weight at all and it fills you up! PLUS it feels like your cheating! Plus try eating a lot of protein - egg whites, tuna, salmon, turkey etc. They help you stay strong when you are not eating a lot!

They have such a thing as 0 cal jello? Thats awesome, I am going to have to get some. As far as the soda, I gave it up for new years. Even the diet stuff cuz, the artifical sweeteners elevate your blood sugar longer resulting in a longer crash, so ultimatly you crave more.
I have been eating alot of tuna with crackers tho, it adds up to like 220 cals. And salads are my best friend. 80 Cals for 4 cups and salad dressing... Awesome!

What is makeing you so motivated to lose weight?
I wish i worked at a gym. That would help me stay motivated. :P

I want to look good in a bikini ahahahaha! And for once, I dont just want to look average, I want to be the hottest one out there haha! I know that sounds cheesy, but its true!

And I just like working out! For me, working out = losing weight, so i just do it!
