Homemade Chocolate Chip Cookies.
125g butter
2/3c Brown Sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla essence
1 egg
1 to 2 c of Self Raising Flour
Choc chips
How you do it:
Melt the butter.
Add the vanilla essence and egg. Mix.
Add the sugar and flour and chocolate chips (to your liking)
Mixture should be kinda stiff.

Sorry for nothing last Friday, it was finals week! I'm always very enrolled in summer classes. I didn't find them quite challenging enough, unfortunately. The real school year is coming back in a month for me.
